Engagements
Most relationships begin with a fixed-fee assessment lasting two to three weeks. You leave with a plan you own — and if the honest conclusion is that you should not build the thing, that is the plan we will give you.
Fixed fee, fixed duration, defined deliverables.
A paid discovery engagement that converts an idea into a validated product plan, architecture direction, MVP scope, delivery roadmap and investment estimate.
A structured review of an existing application, architecture and delivery process, followed by a prioritized modernization roadmap and clear build, refactor, replace or retain recommendations.
Identify, prototype and evaluate one high-value AI use case while establishing responsible adoption guidelines — including an honest recommendation when AI is not the right answer.
Scoped after discovery, priced monthly.
A cross-functional WeInDev team covering product management, architecture, development, QA and DevOps, working in short iterations with transparent reporting.
Ongoing CTO, architecture and engineering leadership: technology strategy, architecture reviews, vendor and hiring guidance, delivery-risk review and executive reporting.
Production monitoring, maintenance, security updates, incident response, performance work and ongoing enhancements, with quarterly roadmap reviews.
How we price
We do not publish an hourly rate, and we do not compete on one. Assessments are fixed fee. Projects are milestone-based or monthly. Paid discovery comes before any fixed-price commitment — a fixed price on unscoped work is a guess that gets corrected through change requests later, usually in our favour and against yours.
We will not promise a fixed scope, a fixed date and a fixed cost at the same time on work with real uncertainty. Anyone who does is managing you rather than the risk.
A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether we can help, what it would take, and what the sensible first step is. No obligation, no pitch deck.
