Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement you may enter into with WeInDev — that is covered by the contract signed for that engagement.

Last updated: 22 July 2026.

1. Agreement to these terms

This website at https://weindev.com (the “Site”) is operated by WeInDev (“WeInDev”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

WeInDev is a software engineering and product-delivery consultancy based in Orlando, Florida. You can reach us at hello@weindev.com.

3. The Site is informational

The Site describes our services and provides articles, guides and interactive tools. Its content is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and nothing on the Site creates a consulting engagement, a contract to perform work, or any other professional relationship between us. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement for it.

4. Permitted use

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own legitimate, non-commercial evaluation of our services, provided you do not remove any notices and do not use the content in a misleading way. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

5. Things you agree not to do

  • Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, or place undue load on it, including through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service techniques.
  • Submit false, deceptive, or automated form entries, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
  • Introduce malware, or use the Site to distribute it.

6. Scorecards, tools and downloads

The Site offers self-assessment scorecards and similar interactive tools. Any score, rating, recommendation, or result they produce is an automated, general indication based solely on the answers you provide. It is not a professional assessment of your business, your software, or your team, and it is not advice you should rely on for a specific decision. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we make no guarantee about them. Use your own judgement, and seek tailored advice before acting.

7. Enquiries and information you submit

When you submit an enquiry, subscribe, or complete a scorecard, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site’s forms — we sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion, and that is the right channel for it. How we handle the information you submit is described in our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, articles, graphics, diagrams, scorecard questions and results, logos, and design — are owned by WeInDev or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the permitted use described above, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written consent. “WeInDev” and our logo are our marks and may not be used without permission.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or our services, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services — for example a scheduling tool for booking calls, and analytics. Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Availability and “as is”

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeInDev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WeInDev harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

13. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the Site collects and how we use it. Our security and quality statement describes how we handle systems and data. Both form part of your use of the Site.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy and security statement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@weindev.com.

A note on this draft

These are general-purpose website terms written to be sensible and readable, not a substitute for legal advice. Have them reviewed by counsel — ideally alongside your master services agreement, statement of work and NDA — before relying on them, and adjust the governing-law and company details to match your registered entity.
